The seed words ARE the wallet, so you can simply use the seed words to gain access to the addresses once again using a different device. You just need to make sure that it operates using the same “HD Path” so the correct addresses show up. Since MetaMask utilizes BIP44, the most common HW path, this is very easily achieved.
